IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES, LIMITATIONS & TERMS OF ACCESS

Tracey Bromley Goodwin LLC (the “Company”), its owners, employees, contractors, hosts, and representatives (collectively, “we” or “us”) provide podcasts, virtual events, publications, websites, presentations, and related materials (collectively, the “Programs”) for general educational and informational purposes only. The Programs are intended for legal professionals and may include information concerning ADHD, workplace wellness, professional development, and related subjects.

  • Terms of Access and Assent. At the beginning of each Program, we will refer participants to this Disclaimer. By accessing, listening to, viewing, registering for, or attending a Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these disclosures and limitations. If you do not agree, do not access or continue to access the Program. If a website or platform provides a separate checkbox, click-through acknowledgment, or similar acceptance mechanism, you should use it only if you agree to this Disclaimer.

  • Not Legal Advice. The Programs are not legal advice, do not create an attorney-client relationship, and are not a substitute for advice from an attorney licensed in the applicable jurisdiction. Neither we nor any guest is providing legal services to you through a Program. Any guest who is a licensed attorney appears in an individual capacity, and that guest’s statements are not a substitute for engaging counsel. Before acting on anything presented in a Program, consult an attorney who can address your specific facts and circumstances.

  • Not Medical, Mental Health, or Clinical Services. Neither the Company nor any member of its team provides medical, mental-health, psychological, psychiatric, or other clinical services. Any Program or coaching service we provide is non-clinical and is intended to offer education, accountability, organization, planning, and practical support strategies. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or provide medical or clinical management of ADHD or any other physical or mental-health condition. Neither any Program nor our coaching service is not a substitute for evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or care from an appropriately licensed professional.

A Program may or may not include a guest who holds a medical, mental-health, psychological, psychiatric, or other professional license. We do not guarantee that any particular Program will include a licensed professional. Even when a licensed professional appears as a guest, that person’s statements are educational information only, are not individualized medical, mental-health, or clinical advice or services, and should not be treated as creating a provider-patient or other clinical relationship. Verify any guest’s credentials, licensing, and scope of practice independently.

If you believe you have a medical or mental-health condition, seek evaluation and care from an appropriately licensed professional. The Programs are not emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, call 911.

  • No Confidentiality or Privilege. Communications with us through or in connection with a Program are not privileged, confidential, or protected by any attorney-client, therapist-patient, provider-patient, or similar privilege. Do not submit confidential, privileged, or sensitive information through a Program or to us. We do not represent you in any matter.

  • Guest and Third-Party Content. Programs may include opinions, statements, publications, links, citations, data, research, and other materials supplied or expressed by guests or other third parties (“Third-Party Content”). Third parties are solely responsible for their own Third-Party Content. We do not independently verify, warrant, or endorse Third-Party Content. We may exercise reasonable editorial care to avoid knowingly disseminating misinformation, but that limited effort is not a representation or guarantee that any Third-Party Content is accurate, complete, current, reliable, or suitable for your circumstances. If you choose to rely on Third-Party Content, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for independently evaluating and verifying it.

  • Accuracy and Reliance. The Programs are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind. Laws, regulations, professional standards, research, and recommended practices may change over time and may vary by jurisdiction. The Programs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. You are solely responsible for any decision or action you take based on a Program. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, claim, or damage arising from or relating to your access to, participation in, or reliance on a Program or any Third-Party Content.

  • Professional Relationships and No Guarantee of Results. Nothing in a Program creates an attorney-client, coach-client, consultant-client, provider-patient, or other professional relationship with us or any guest. Before engaging any coach, consultant, attorney, or other professional mentioned in a Program, independently verify that person’s credentials, qualifications, and scope of services. Participation in a Program is voluntary, and we do not promise or guarantee any particular educational, health, professional, or other result.

By accessing, listening to, viewing, registering for, or attending a Program after being directed to this Disclaimer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these limitations. If you do not agree, do not use or continue to access the Program.
